Awe Man That Sucks, Would Be Nice If Thats All It Is. Be A Good Reason To Add A Larger Cam To Give It That Extra Thump. Although She Already Sounds Awesome Anyway...LoL. Keep Us Updated And Good Luck.

Mlish, regarding your request for suggestions, that's pretty broad. Can you tell us what you want the car to do? Need to have a goal in mind so you can identify what parts you will need to achieve it. Just some things to think about here.....

Is money an object? Do you have a budget for this work? How much are you willing to spend?

Example - no such thing as an RV cam anymore. You could put in a monster solid roller cam, but to do that you would probably need to revamp your valve train to handle it and you would need to ensure that it worked within the current pcm parameters.

If you put in a monster cam but don't do anything with your heads and the engine can't breathe like it needs to, then you've wasted your money on the cam & valve train.

Larger throttle body & injectors may need to be considered if you really get crazy and even then you would need to reprogram the pcm.

Would your stock fuel pump deliver enough pressure/volume.

And, after all that is figured up it may be cheaper to install a belt driven supercharger, verify your fuel delivery system is adequate and reprogram the pcm to get similar results as you would by installing a lot of heavy metal.

Think about all this & let us know what we have to work with. Good data in, means better results out the back.

God bless! - Rez

Hunts Engine Rebuilders (Ft.Smith) If They're Still In Buisness.

Elders In (Van Buren)

You May Want To Check With (Dyno Performance) On Towson Ave. Tell Them What You Would Like To Achieve. Like Rez Pointed Out. They Are Very Knowledgable People. Probably Be Able To Match-up The Correct Parts With What You Need As Well As Hunts Both Have A Good Racing History...BTW Last I Heard Hunts Owned The Drag Racing Strip In Centerville... Bowtie
